Dayini Bianco D.O.C.
Dayini Bianco is made with Carricante grapes, an ancient white local Etna varietal. A rich white wine with intense aromas of apple, orange blossom and anise without sacrificing the acidic freshness from which its structure derives. An elegant wine with the right balance and attitude. This very ancient grape variety produces wines that can have a longevity of 10 years or more.
Indigenous Carricante grapes are hand-picked and cultivated using organic methods without pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
